Facility:

This state-of-the-art clinic features 24 exam rooms and is building a collaborative team of 4 physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners. The facility utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and operates with a team-based care approach focused on continuity of care for patients and families. The team works in close collaboration with the existing Deer River team located just 20 minutes away.

Job Details:

• Outpatient only opportunity with no OB requirements
• Physician-led practice model
• Opportunity to perform colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests, and EGD's
• Work as a leader of a Care Team utilizing collaborative care processes
• Flexible 0.6 - 1.0 FTE schedule available
• Location is approximately 80 miles northwest of Duluth and 175 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Service area population of approximately 45,000

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
