You will work closely with a small, highly collaborative team focused on developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and software developers to support automation initiatives
- Execute assigned tasks and contribute to project completion
- Select, integrate, and deploy automation technologies
- Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical components
- Troubleshoot issues and respond to support requests
- Test new ideas, systems, and technologies
- Create and maintain documentation for deployment and support processes
- Implement updates, revisions, and system improvements
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment
- Experience in a manufacturing and machining setting
- Experience with electronics, including wiring, soldering, and use of diagnostic tools such as multimeters
- Comfortable working around machinery with a strong understanding of safety practices
- Solid computer skills, including basic networking knowledge
- Ability to learn independently and solve problems without formal training
- Highly adaptable with a willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Quick thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with hands-on tasks in a technical environment
