Customer Service Representative
A growing team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing administrative support throughout the order process. Ideal candidates are organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and enter customer purchase orders, including contract-based orders

Provide quotes to customers upon request

Respond to customer calls and emails professionally and promptly

Investigate and resolve product or service issues

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve pricing, system, or order concerns

Generate reports and maintain order documentation

Support tasks such as warranty processing, sample/literature requests, and general administrative duties

Follow up on unclear or incomplete order details

Offer basic technical support and assistance to business clients

Maintain accurate records through data entry and order systems

Perform other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute for education)

3–5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient typing and 10-key data entry skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to learn and work with ERP or order management systems

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams

Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
