Customer Service Representative

A growing team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. This position involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing administrative support throughout the order process. Ideal candidates are organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and enter customer purchase orders, including contract-based orders

  • Provide quotes to customers upon request

  • Respond to customer calls and emails professionally and promptly

  • Investigate and resolve product or service issues

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve pricing, system, or order concerns

  • Generate reports and maintain order documentation

  • Support tasks such as warranty processing, sample/literature requests, and general administrative duties

  • Follow up on unclear or incomplete order details

  • Offer basic technical support and assistance to business clients

  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and order systems

  • Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute for education)

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient typing and 10-key data entry skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to learn and work with ERP or order management systems

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
