Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Setting
Location: Pendleton, OR
Position Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: K-12 students, variety of disabilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students motor skills, sensory processing, and overall ability to perform daily school activities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the school team.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services, both individually and in group settings.
- Support students in improving fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and self-regulation.
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other staff to track student progress.
- Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with school requirements.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- OR State Occupational Therapy License.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.
