Summary
We are seeking dedicated Landscapers and Groundsmen to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring well-kept landscapes, and performing various grounds maintenance tasks. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in different conditions.
Duties
- Perform routine landscaping maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning.
- Install and maintain plants, trees, sod, mulch, and seasonal color.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including mowers, blowers, and trimmers.
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Remove debris, leaves, and litter to ensure clean and presentable outdoor spaces.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.
- Assist in erosion control, tree removal, and other special landscaping projects.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with landscaping best practices.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, machinery, and safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
