Job DescriptionAppleOne has partnered with a growing family-owned Cabinet Manufacture in Corona, CA to assist them in hiring a bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Corona, CA (Onsite)
Available Schedules: Mon-Thur 7am-4pm (Will go full time within the next month or so working Mon-Thur 6am-5pm)
Type of Employment: Temp-Hire
Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour DOE

Duties:
Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
Receive work orders
Process work orders into the customer account
Order materials based on job specifications
Work with warehouse department to coordinate inventory
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bilingual English and Spanish
2+ years of recent customer service experience within the construction or manufacturing industry
Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced construction environment
Computer proficiency
Cabinet manufacturing is a major plus
