Compensation: $1931 - $2327 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work every other weekend.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is required.
• A valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin is essential.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).

Working Conditions

This position involves working in a high-pressure environment, providing critical care to patients. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including participation in weekend shifts and on-call duties.
