Pay

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Supervise and support assigned RBTs

Collaborate with parents, daycare staff, and school teams to ensure consistent care
Support You’ll Have

A supportive Clinical Director

Dedicated back-office staff for scheduling, intake, and authorizations
What You Bring
-
Active BCBA or QBA certification (state licensure where required)

Experience working with children with ASD

Comfort working independently in homes, daycares, and schools

Spanish speaking a plus!
