Overview:
- Monday-Friday only (Half-day on Fridays!)
- EHR: Crystal
- Patient base covers all ages
- 2 patients per hour
- Tech support for pretesting
- 6 lanes 2 per OD
Responsibilities:
- Routine vision exams
- Co-manage ocular disease
- Pre/post-ops for cataract & some LASIK
- Specialty lens fittings
- Emergencies/foreign body removal
- Opportunities for growth in the practice: Dry eye and peds
- Provide thorough patient education
- Gain the trust of your patients/build rapport
Compensation and benefits:
- Base pay: $500 per day
- Bonus pay: 17% of production
- 401K + 4% match
- Professional liability insurance

- DEA fees
- Annual CE attendance/travel
- Portion of health insurance paid by employer
- Dental insurance
- AEA and IOP dues
- State licensure renewal
- 10 days PTO
Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree
- Licensed to practice in Idaho
- Team player
- Collaborative
- Respectful
- Great patient rapport
