Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for at least 5 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high focus on safety, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others.
- Be attentive to detail and quality in your work.
- Work with a high sense of urgency and reliability regarding punctuality and attendance.
- Contribute positively to the team with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Work in tight spaces within a very large facility that experiences temperature variations.
- Handle mandatory overtime occasionally, primarily on Fridays, with options for Saturdays or Sundays.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years forklift driving experience.
- Ability to lift consistently and handle heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to work quickly in tight spaces.
- Proficient in English with basic math knowledge and ability to read a tape measure.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Ability to work overtime and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must pass a drug screen and physical abilities test.

Work Environment
The facility is expansive and houses various machines, including a 112" Multiflute Corrugator, 62" Single Face Laminator, and several specialty folder gluers. The work environment is dynamic, with temperatures varying across seasons. Employees may experience mandatory overtime primarily on Fridays. The dress code is casual, considering the physical nature of the job, and the company values safety above all.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
