Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

• Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.

• Set and achieve performance targets to contribute to overall team success.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions.

• Adapt therapy approaches based on client feedback and changing needs.

• Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.

• Promote a positive and motivating environment for clients and team members.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

Experience/Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Alaska.

• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services in diverse settings.

• Strong ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and training opportunities.

• Experience in monitoring and documenting client progress effectively.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
