Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at the Redmond, WA campus. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized front desk experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet, register, and check in visitors, ensuring compliance with site protocols.
- Badge Issuance: Print and distribute visitor badges to maintain secure and organized access.
- Guest Assistance: Provide directions, general information, and assistance to visitors and employees.
- Safety & Security Coordination: Act as a liaison for safety and security concerns; escalate issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform routine tasks such as record keeping, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Professional Representation: Maintain a polished, courteous, and professional presence at the front desk, representing and the client with the highest standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, concierge, or similar front-desk role.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Interview Process
