Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at the Redmond, WA campus. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized front desk experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Greet, register, and check in visitors, ensuring compliance with site protocols.
  • Badge Issuance: Print and distribute visitor badges to maintain secure and organized access.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide directions, general information, and assistance to visitors and employees.
  • Safety & Security Coordination: Act as a liaison for safety and security concerns; escalate issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform routine tasks such as record keeping, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Professional Representation: Maintain a polished, courteous, and professional presence at the front desk, representing and the client with the highest standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, concierge, or similar front-desk role.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
