Job DescriptionCNC Mill Machinist (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who is comfortable with horizontal CNC machines, setup, and precision part production. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of working independently while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate horizontal CNC milling machines
- Prove out and edit CNC programs as needed
- Perform part setup and fixture alignment
- Load, calibrate, and maintain cutting tools
- Set and adjust tooling offsets as required
- Produce parts to precise blueprint tolerances and specifications
- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
- Deburr and clean finished parts
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a machinist role preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC milling or machine setup
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling

This is a Permanent position based out of Du Bois, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $62400.00/yr.
