Mind Matters is seeking a Master’s-level Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical
team. This position is ideal for clinicians who are driven to support diverse populations
using trauma-informed, ethical, and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in case consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional
- development
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a
- related field (MA, MS, MSW, MFT)
- Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) in Idaho
- Experience or interest in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, or family systems approach
- Cultural humility and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Experience with or openness to providing SUD services a plus
