Sanitas Home Health Care is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time home health care case in Gardena & S. LA, CA. Immediate start available.

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate nurse to provide consistent, high-quality care in a home setting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition
• Administer medications as ordered
• Assist with daily care needs
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes

Requirements:

• Active California LVN License
• BLS Certification
• Reliable transportation & auto insurance
• Home health care experience preferred
• Professional liability insurance (NSO or equivalent)
