Earn $22 to $28 an hour, plus holiday pay and mileage, helping children with autism learn and grow near Mount Olive, with a BCBA behind you.

At a glance

• Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour, with pay increases as you grow

• Holiday pay and mileage reimbursement

• Part time. Hours depend on the case. We have after-school and daytime openings, confirmed before you start

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community in and around Mount Olive

• Supported by a BCBA and a dedicated clinical team

What you will do

• Run ABA sessions with a child, using the plan your BCBA writes

• Teach communication, daily living, school and social skills

• Help children stay safe and cope with hard moments, with BCBA guidance

• Keep simple, accurate session notes

• Meet with your BCBA for regular supervision and coaching

What you need

• Active RBT certification through the BACB

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Patience, reliability and a warm way with kids. Experience with children or developmental disabilities helps
