Job DescriptionJob Title: Director of Early Childhood ProgramLocation: Each One Teach One Learning Center – New LocationJob Type: Full-TimeOverview: Each One Teach One Learning Center is seeking an experienced, passionate educator ready to take the next step into leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and grow a brand-new location by leading a team of educators and shaping the culture of the school. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual who is ready to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education.Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Supervision
  • Lead, support, and inspire teaching staff to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Serve as a role model in the classroom and provide on-the-job training and professional development.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for staff, children, and families.
  • Program Development & Operations
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure licensing compliance, health and safety standards, and curriculum implementation.
  • Work closely with staff to support instructional planning and developmentally appropriate practices.
  • Assist in classroom management and provide direct support in classrooms when needed.
  • Marketing & Enrollment Growth
  • Partner with leadership to market the new location, promote community engagement, and grow enrollment.
  • Represent the center at local events and with prospective families.
  • Help establish and promote the school’s mission and values.
  • Family & Community Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with families through open communication and support.
  • Address family concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance the school’s visibility and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting educators.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and early childhood best practices.
