Job DescriptionJob Title: Director of Early Childhood ProgramLocation: Each One Teach One Learning Center – New LocationJob Type: Full-TimeOverview: Each One Teach One Learning Center is seeking an experienced, passionate educator ready to take the next step into leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and grow a brand-new location by leading a team of educators and shaping the culture of the school. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual who is ready to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education.Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, support, and inspire teaching staff to deliver high-quality care and education.
- Serve as a role model in the classroom and provide on-the-job training and professional development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for staff, children, and families.
- Program Development & Operations
- Oversee daily operations to ensure licensing compliance, health and safety standards, and curriculum implementation.
- Work closely with staff to support instructional planning and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Assist in classroom management and provide direct support in classrooms when needed.
- Marketing & Enrollment Growth
- Partner with leadership to market the new location, promote community engagement, and grow enrollment.
- Represent the center at local events and with prospective families.
- Help establish and promote the school’s mission and values.
- Family & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with families through open communication and support.
- Address family concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance the school’s visibility and resources.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting educators.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and early childhood best practices.
