Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists in evaluating and treating students speech, language, and communication disorders across K-12 grade levels
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Support classroom teachers and staff with speech-language strategies
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel to promote therapy goals
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Virginia
- Experience working with school-age children is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite during school hours as part of a multidisciplinary team
