Plant Manager | Lansing, MI
Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently.
- Manage the plant budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain robust preventative maintenance programs for equipment reliability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance plant performance and profitability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing plant P&L, budgets, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Engineering Management)
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or global operations
- Proven experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI)
