Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Retrieves messages from voicemail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Maintains security by following procedures and policies, monitoring log books, issuing visitor badges and collecting visitor badges and key cards at end of visit.
Welcome on-site visitors, verify credentials, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of company.
General administrative and clerical support.
Organize in/out going mail and deliveries.
Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
Maintain a professional reception area.
Perform other related duties as required.
