The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, compassion, direction, and support to the nursing staff in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing theory and practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Responsibilities of the RN Clinical Supervisor include:

<li>Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures</li>
<li>Providing direct supervision to nursing staff</li>
<li>Evaluating the performance of nursing staff</li>
<li>Resolving conflicts between nursing staff and patients or families</li>
<li>Coordinating nursing care with other healthcare professionals</li>
<li>Providing education and training to nursing staff</li>
<li>Advocate for the needs of patients and nursing staff</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications for the RN Clinical Supervisor position include:

<li>Bachelor's degree in nursing</li>
<li>Registered nurse license in the state of practice</li>
<li>Two years of experience as a registered nurse</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
