Beyond certification, we are committed to lifelong career growth through education, mentorship, and business development resources.Position Overview: The Enrollment Counselor will play a key role in NFPTs student acquisition efforts by engaging prospective fitness professionals, guiding them through the enrollment process, and fostering long-term relationships. This role is highly sales-oriented, focusing on converting leads from paid ads and lead magnets while providing valuable feedback to refine NFPTs marketing strategy and go-to-market approach. Since NFPT is building its sales function from the ground up, this role requires adaptability, independent decision-making, and the ability to help develop processes that optimize outreach and enrollment efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Outreach & Lead Conversion
Proactively contact prospective fitness professionals from NFPTs database, focusing on leads generated through paid ads, lead magnets, and inbound inquiries.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective students' goals, provide tailored information about NFPT programs, and overcome objections.
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition into certification and beyond.
Focused efforts on conversions and long-term student retention.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
Strategic Collaboration & Process Development
Work closely with marketing to provide insights on lead quality, common objections, and trends that can refine NFPTs outreach strategy.
Support promotional webinars to engage leads through the funnel and continue excitement with reassurance, educational support, and guidance.
Provide feedback on marketing messaging to ensure alignment with prospective students needs and motivations.
Retention & Long-Term Relationship Building
Promote NFPTs vision of lifelong learning by introducing students to continuing education, membership programs, and business development resources.
Ensure new students understand their long-term career growth opportunities with NFPT, helping to increase engagement and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Success Metrics
Lead conversion rates and enrollment numbers.
Time-to-enrollment from initial inquiry.
Sales outreach effectiveness, including call and email response rates.
CRM data accuracy and insights for continuous process improvement.
Retention rates and student engagement beyond certification.
Success of referrals and ongoing engagement with NFPTs continuing education and membership programs.Qualifications: Passion for fitness, coaching, or helping others succeed.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience in sales, admissions, or student advising, preferably in the fitness or education industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Highly adaptable with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where processes are still being developed.
Experience with CRM tools and data tracking preferred.
