Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 base + $2,000 commission per unit sold

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales process for a luxury and unique real estate property scheduled for full completion in Spring 2026. This is a key on-site role focused on converting leads, managing client relationships, and driving unit sales in collaboration with marketing and real estate partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle – from lead assignment to property showings, negotiations, and closing.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to support and contribute to campaign execution and strategy input.
• Track all leads meticulously in the CRM, including source attribution and communication history.
• Maintain consistent, relationship-focused communication with prospects, even long-term leads.
• Ensure proper documentation of external broker leads and third-party referrals.
• Assist potential buyers in understanding property features, pricing, and long-term value.
• Adapt to seasonal sales cycles, with peak activity expected in warmer months.
