We are seeking a high-performing Marketing & Communications Project Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across multiple business areas. This role is ideal for a dynamic, self-directed professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can turn complex ideas into clear and engaging campaigns, and consistently delivers results under tight timelines.
This newly created position requires someone who excels in both strategy and execution—building compelling narratives, managing cross-functional projects, and producing world-class marketing experiences.
This is a long-term contract opportunity in New Hudson, MI.
The expected salary will be approximately$75K-$85K depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Communications
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing project plans aligned with business objectives.
- Translate technical input into clear, impactful messaging and deliverables.
- Oversee creation of high-quality content across digital, print, video, social, events, and presentations.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
Project Leadership & Management
- Lead marketing campaigns and communications projects from concept to completion.
- Manage internal resources and external creative agencies, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline compliance.
- Anticipate project risks, adapt quickly, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for high-visibility initiatives.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
- Standardize best practices to improve efficiency and output quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management within a fast-paced, technical, or agency environment.
- Proven track record of leading marketing projects from strategy through execution.
- Strong hands-on skills in visual content creation (photography, videography, editing, and design).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with trade show coordination, web, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Additional Details
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite in New Hudson, MI.
- Travel: Up to 10% (U.S. trade shows).
- Interview Process: HR phone screen, hiring manager phone interview, onsite interview.
