The Training Specialist will focus on developing and delivering compliance training sessions, mostly working with medium-sized teams of 6 to 15 members. This role requires occasional travel and competence in both in-person facilitation and virtual platforms such as Zoom. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging diverse audiences to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and via video conferencing platforms
• Collaborate with team members to discuss regulation changes and update materials accordingly
• Utilize communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment
• Manage training schedules and logistics, coordinating occasional travel as needed
• Provide office inspections to identify areas of non-compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in training and development
• Strong public speaking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management capabilities
