The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs, recommending products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services
What you'll do:
- Build customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks: Tires, Battery, Oil, etc.
- Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as-needed basis
- Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
Qualifications
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings
- Valid driver’s license
