Our client in the personal care industry is hiring Social & Influencer Manager!
About the role:
We’re looking for a Social & Influencer Manager to lead our social presence as a one-person show, owning content planning and curation while building our influencer program from scratch. You’ll play a key role in driving ideas, shaping plans, and making it happen. It’s a hands-on role for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, work closely with the founder, and grow a community organically.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategy and day-to-day execution for all social channels, with a strong focus on TikTok.
- Plan, brief, and curate content to ensure it stays on-brand and timely.
- Build and manage the influencer program end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, partnerships, and reporting.
- Grow an organic community of creators, influencers, and brand fans.
- Experiment with new ideas, especially TikTok Shop and other social commerce opportunities.
- Work directly with the Founder/CEO to align social and influencer strategy with the brand vision.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, with a proven ability to grow communities from scratch.
- Hands-on experience running influencer programs end-to-end, from outreach to relationship management.
- Strong mix of strategy and execution, able to plan campaigns and make them happen in practice.
- Comfortable working with limited resources and small teams, thriving in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
- Creative, scrappy, and resourceful mindset, turning opportunities into results.
- Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop.
