Job DescriptionA well-established engineering firm in Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to join their team in a long-term capacity. This is a full-time, in-office position with a temp-to-hire structure, offering stability and growth for the right candidate.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing the full cycle of accounting operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with precision and integrity. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts.

Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in invoicing, payables, and receivables.

Strong organizational skills and a trustworthy work ethic.

Familiarity with accounting systems; experience with Asura is a plus.

Degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required.

Engineering industry experience is a bonus.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
