Customer Service Agent (5 Openings)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and patience
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records and navigate multiple systems efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems with ease
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Availability required between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
