Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Billings, MT, offering opportunities to work within educational settings and participate in occasional travel to support multiple schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each student.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or certification as an SLP.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally to multiple school sites as required.
