Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2–3 years of restaurant manager experience</li>
<li>Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team&nbsp;</li>
<li>Possess a great leadership personality, and have the ability to motivate a team</li>
<li>Treat all employees with dignity and respect</li>
</ul>
