We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to manage client communications and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have experience handling emails, preparing invoices, and using essential tools such as Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing client emails professionally and promptly.
- Creating and sending invoices accurately using QuickBooks.
- Maintaining organized records of communications and transactions.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
