Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual Project Manager to coordinate labor solutions and immigration-related projects across multiple sectors. In this role, you will lead initiatives from start to finish, ensuring operational success, timely execution, and exceptional client satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication in both English and Spanish, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage craft labor projects from recruitment to placement.
- Oversee visa application workflows and ensure timely execution of immigration processes.
- Coordinate effectively between clients, legal teams, HR staff, and workers.
- Track deliverables, monitor budgets, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues efficiently, and implement solutions proactively.
- Ensure compliance with employment and immigration regulations.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within Terra Labors service divisions.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) Required.
- Proven experience in project management; experience in labor, HR, or immigration fields preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex projects.
- Experience with workforce logistics and multi-location coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
