Enterprise Account Executive - GTM - Onsite

Your opportunity
To be an Enterprise Account Executive at 1 of the most exciting, game-changing VC-backed scale-ups in America, that 5x'ed revenue last year, and on track already to do the same this year.
Since launching 2 years ago they have already:
- Grown almost entirely through inbound + word of mouth so far
- Raised a $15M Series A
- Posted back-to-back $1M months last quarter
- Closed Fortune 10 and Fortune 100 customers on 1,000+ seat enterprise rollouts
- Gone from $0 → 7-figure ARR in 11 months (founder-led sales, team of 4)
- Winning 90%+ of competitive head-to-head deals
- Built a brand-new category of sales tech that didn’t exist pre-2024
- Grown from 9 people in 2024 to 30+ people today
The product has been built by ex-YC Founders / Founding Engineers with exceptional educational backgrounds. Their platform is an agentic OS for sales that closes the loop between behavior, coaching, and execution. Not a tool that watches what happened. A system that changes what happens next and literally changes the structure of customer sales orgs in the process.
They already activate revenue for some of the biggest names in the tech world and their sales orgs, within the Fortune 500, Fortune 100 etc. They're punching way above their weight and looking for fellow, like-minded "big hitters" for their GTM team to build out their GTM / outbound strategy alongside their existing AEs
They have a huge accelerator programme which their current Execs are smashing through with their first individual $1m ARR months closed each and monthly revenue is growing 20% MoM

What they're looking for:
- Tenacious, Enteprise AE experience (1+ year ideally), closing 6-figure deals
- 3+ years AE experience
- Total confidence in building out and scaling outbound sales motions
- Experience closing Fortune 500 ideally
- Experience working in high-growth environments and with GTM teams
- Willing to travel to conferences and go to customer on sites to close deals
- Comfortable sourcing own deals, managing enterprise sales cycles, and building out sales playbooks
