Job Role:

Amalfi Jets is seeking a Customer Experience & Success Associate to join our Flight Operations & Customer Success Team. Through this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact with our clients to check in on upcoming flights, past flights, and ensure our clients are satisfied. You'll build lasting relationships with our customers, understanding their travel style, preferences, and ways that we can consistently improve our offerings. You'll constantly maintain the standards of excellence at Amalfi Jets and ensure that we continuously provide the best in class service, globally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to existing customer base to check in on previous and upcoming flights
  • Ensure client satisfaction with our programs, offerings, and customer experience
  • Handle less-than-perfect flights with utmost excellence and customer service to ensure we maintain positive client relations
  • Build deep and lasting relationships with our clients, their guests, and families
  • Help plan upcoming travels in liason with our Sales Team and Flight Operations Team


Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience working with UHNWIs
  • Comfortable with high number of phone calls, texts, and emails on a daily basis
  • Self-starter working alongside fast paced teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Schedule:

This position FULL TIME, 40 hours per week at our Global Headquarters in Calabasas, California. The hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Amalfi Jets does not support remote or hybrid work.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years experience in customer service, customer success, or hospitality role
  • Experience making high numbers of phone calls, emails, and texts on a daily basis
  • Proactive / Dependable Person
  • High standards for themselves to maintain consistent brand experience with our guests
  • High standards for quality, attention to detail, and performance


Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $20 - 27 USD per Hour
