We are currently seeking a Construction Estimator & Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This position plays a critical role in preparing accurate take-offs and estimates while supporting customer needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed take-offs from construction plans and specifications using tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD

Analyze project requirements and prepare accurate material estimates using industry-standard take-off software

Collaborate with clients to understand project scopes and recommend tailored product solutions

Prepare and manage sales quotes and respond promptly to customer inquiries

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounting, production) to ensure project accuracy and timely fulfillment

Use Microsoft Office, Sage, and QuickBooks to maintain documentation, pricing, and invoicing

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating, inside sales, or related roles

Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and take-off/estimating software (PlanSwift, ProCore, etc.)

Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience using Sage, QuickBooks, or similar software for quoting and invoicing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Prior sales experience in construction products or systems is a plus
