Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m
Summary: Administrative support liaison between staff and clientele.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned).
- Serve clients in-person at the desk or over the phone.
- Enter/update client demographic information in Avatar as appropriate.
- Direct clients to the appropriate clinician for services.
- Facilitate client fee payments.
- Verify Medicaid eligibility as needed.
- Sort mail and incoming/outgoing faxes
- Prepare and maintain client records.
- Order inventory.
