Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m

Summary: Administrative support liaison between staff and clientele.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned).

  • Serve clients in-person at the desk or over the phone.
  • Enter/update client demographic information in Avatar as appropriate.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate clinician for services.
  • Facilitate client fee payments.
  • Verify Medicaid eligibility as needed.
  • Sort mail and incoming/outgoing faxes
  • Prepare and maintain client records.
  • Order inventory.
