<h3>Job Description</h3>
Our client is a large manufacturer in the Pharmaceutical industry which now requires a Technology Transfer Manager to head up a small team.
 
The role:
<ul>
<li>Manage the technical transfer projects and balance team workload</li>
<li>Lead process improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Technical oversight for product quality and process challenges</li>
<li>Manager and develop the Technical Services team</li>
</ul>
 
The candidate:
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or similar</li>
<li>Relevant technical experience working in a regulated environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of process engineering, validation and manufacturing technologies</li>
</ul>
 
The base salary for this role is up to $120,000 plus benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k match, life insurance &amp; PTO.
