Job Title: Nonprofit Finance Data Entry Specialist


Overview:

Our Finance team is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in nonprofit finance. This role will play a vital part in supporting accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting for our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain financial data related to nonprofit transactions in our accounting systems (with an emphasis on MIP software).
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data input.
  • Support accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in generating financial reports for grants, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data integrity policies.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to support timely month-end and year-end closing procedures.
