Overview:
Our Finance team is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in nonprofit finance. This role will play a vital part in supporting accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain financial data related to nonprofit transactions in our accounting systems (with an emphasis on MIP software).
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data input.
- Support accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation tasks as assigned.
- Assist in generating financial reports for grants, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and data integrity policies.
- Collaborate with finance team members to support timely month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Qualifications:
