Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp to Perm)
Location: Bridgewater, NJ – 100% On-Site
Type: Temp to Permanent

Overview:
An actively growing and expanding company in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive environment with room for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently

  • Match, batch, and code invoices for payment

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain vendor files and ensure timely payments

  • Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and expense reports

  • Support month-end closing and reporting as needed

  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc. a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Compensation:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending upon experience*
