Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp to Perm)
Location: Bridgewater, NJ – 100% On-Site
Type: Temp to Permanent

Overview:
An actively growing and expanding company in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently

Match, batch, and code invoices for payment
-
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
-
Maintain vendor files and ensure timely payments
-
Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and expense reports
-
Support month-end closing and reporting as needed
-
Communicate with internal departments and external vendors
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of accounts payable experience
-
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc. a plus)
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour depending upon experience*
