Position: Inbound Call Center Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Duration: June 8, 2026 – September 11, 2026
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (7.5 hrs/day, 37.5 hrs/week)
Job Overview
- Provide high-quality customer service to taxpayers via phone
- Handle tax-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Research and analyze customer concerns using available tools
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Work in a fast-paced call center handling back-to-back calls
✅ Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information ethically
- Basic computer skills and analytical ability
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Call center experience
- Knowledge of tax regulations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Accounting/Finance preferred)
Important Notes
- In-person interview (mandatory): April 21, 23, 28, or 30
- Training: 2–3 weeks (No time off allowed during training)
- Role involves working in a structured call center environment
