We have an exciting on-site opportunity with the Inbound Call Center Representative role. Please find the details below:

Position: Inbound Call Center Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Duration: June 8, 2026 – September 11, 2026
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (7.5 hrs/day, 37.5 hrs/week)

Job Overview

  • Provide high-quality customer service to taxpayers via phone
  • Handle tax-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Research and analyze customer concerns using available tools
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Work in a fast-paced call center handling back-to-back calls

✅ Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information ethically
  • Basic computer skills and analytical ability

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Call center experience
  • Knowledge of tax regulations
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Accounting/Finance preferred)

Important Notes

  • In-person interview (mandatory): April 21, 23, 28, or 30
  • Training: 2–3 weeks (No time off allowed during training)
  • Role involves working in a structured call center environment
