Nocturnist Physician – Permanent Opportunity

Inpatient community hospital with a closed ICU and strong hospitalist support model.

Position Overview
Join a well-established employed hospitalist group as a Nocturnist in a physician-friendly environment. This role offers a predictable block schedule, supportive APP coverage, and no procedural burden—ideal for physicians seeking work-life balance with competitive compensation.

⏰ Schedule & Coverage

• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 7 on / 7 off block schedule

• No call required

• 2 physicians needed

Clinical Highlights

• Average 15–18 patients per physician

• No required procedures

• Closed ICU (ICU team manages ICU patients)

• ⚡ Nocturnists run rapids and codes

• APP support in place

• Welcoming to recent grads and experienced physicians

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $332,800

• Starting bonus up to $40,000

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Eligible for New York medical licensure
