Job Opportunity – Radiation Therapist – Virginia

Start Date: April 6, 2026

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM; treating approximately 45–55 patients per day on 2 linear accelerators

Highlights:

• Work with state-of-the-art TrueBeam linear accelerators (newest unit just one month old; first installed in 2017)
• Collaborative team environment with 2 radiation therapists per machine, supported by RNs, dosimetrists, physicists, dietitian, and social worker
• Advanced treatment modalities including VMAT, SBRT, DIBH, and surface guidance with Align RT (Vision RT)
• ARIA documentation system in an ACR-accredited, Commission on Cancer-accredited facility
• Exceptional patient experience with Press Ganey scores around 95%
• Equipment includes 2 TrueBeam linacs, GE CT Sim, and Elekta HDR

Requirements:

• ARRT certification required
• Minimum 3 years of TrueBeam experience (required)
• Experience with Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance systems
• ARIA documentation system experience
• Proficiency in advanced techniques: DIBH, VMAT, SBRT, and surface guidance
