Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current and upcoming school year in Rancho Cordova, CA. This onsite role offers the opportunity to support students across typically two different schools, with a variety of caseload options tailored to your expertise and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in school settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings as required

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License and Clear Teaching Credential (CTC) in related discipline
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to professional growth and adherence to ethical standards
