Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our team in a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, proven assembly experience, and the ability to work independently while adhering to military, industry, and company standards. Using drawings, work instructions, and visual aids, you will perform precise electronic assembly and support cross-functional collaboration throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
- Perform electronic assembly tasks with speed, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare, clean, mark, and inspect components and completed assemblies.
- Conduct tests on assemblies and operate required production equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols, including procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Support and mentor new team members during training.
- Manage daily task priorities based on production schedules.
- Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to address and resolve technical issues.
- Create work orders, NCRs, and First Article Inspection documentation when needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area and participate in team improvement initiatives.
- Verify all completed work for accuracy against engineering drawings.
- Cross-train across multiple products and complete all required training programs.
- Work overtime as required and take part in audit activities.
- Perform inventory responsibilities and repair or rework defective or returned assemblies.
Essential Skills
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- IPC J-STD fine soldering certification or 3 + equivalent documented soldering experience.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret production prints, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and written instructions.
- Strong manual dexterity with accurate color vision, near vision, and depth perception.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.

Work Environment
Work takes place in a clean, highly regulated aerospace manufacturing facility, including cleanroom areas. All employees must follow safety protocols and adhere to dress code requirements. Work hours follow the assigned shift schedule.
