Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for the basic assembly of industrial paint sprayers. Your duties will include mechanical assembly using power and hand tools, reading work instructions from computers, and assisting with labeling and packaging when needed. You will work alongside a team of 4 to 10 individuals on an assembly line.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly of industrial paint sprayers using power and hand tools.
- Read and interpret work instructions from computer systems.
- Assist with labeling and packaging as required.
- Collaborate with a team on an assembly line to ensure efficient production.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably with mechanical assembly.
- Proficiency with power and hand tools, applicable both on-the-job and in personal projects such as home renovations or working on cars.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong computer skills for reading work instructions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in electrical assembly is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
