Job Summary

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts for a cutting-edge platform that helps FMCG brands gather real consumer insights. You’ll play a vital role in generating pipeline through consultative, research-driven outreach, especially into marketing and insights teams within large consumer brands.

This is an ideal role for SDRs with experience selling data, MarTech, AdTech, or insight solutions, particularly into the FMCG or CPG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective FMCG clients through trigger-based, consultative outreach
  • Build targeted prospect lists and outbound sequences from scratch using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
  • Conduct cold calls, personalized emails, and social touches to secure qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Research prospects and accounts thoroughly to tailor messaging to pain points and industry trends
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage CRM data with accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaign messaging

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound SDR experience, preferably in a MarTech, AdTech, or consumer insights company
  • Proven experience selling into FMCG or CPG brands, or demonstrated familiarity with the sector
  • Skilled in building your own prospecting lists and email/call sequences
  • Confident with cold calling and booking meetings with mid to senior-level marketing or insights professionals
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities without constant oversight
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
