Location: Sweetwater, FL
Type: On-site - Urgent to fill
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $16/hour

Position Summary:
We are urgently hiring a Bilingual Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to support our warehouse operations in Miami. This entry-level position is key to maintaining smooth logistics workflows, accurate inventory tracking, and timely shipment processing. Full fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure shipping documentation and labels are accurate and complete.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Use handheld scanners and warehouse software to update inventory locations.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet order deadlines.
Match paperwork with shipments to ensure billing accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols.
Support other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.
0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment roles.
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and safely operate material handling equipment.
Comfortable standing and walking on hard surfaces for extended periods.
Steel-toe shoes are required (not provided).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
