Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
-
Provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services
-
Document treatments and progress in a timely and accurate manner
-
Educate patients and families on exercises and functional mobility
-
Maintain a safe and positive rehab environment
-
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications:
-
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Minnesota

Graduate of an accredited PTA program
-
Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
