We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to run projects with discipline, drive, and accountability. Role Overview
The Project Manager owns execution from award to closeout. You’ll coordinate drafting, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation while keeping clients and GCs aligned. This is a role for someone who knows construction workflows and can manage moving parts without letting the project manage them.
What You’ll Do
- Drive project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with precision
- Coordinate with drafting, engineering, procurement, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily documentation
- Maintain active communication with GCs, architects, inspectors, and subs
- Oversee installation progress and resolve field conflicts quickly
- Track production milestones and ensure materials are on-site ahead of demand
- Prepare weekly status reports and maintain cloud-based project files
- Hold subcontractors accountable to quality and timeline expectations
- Support closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years of construction project management experience (GC, subcontractor, or owner’s rep)
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, critical path, and sequencing
- Solid communication skills with clients, architects, engineers, and trades
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong documentation habits and comfort with software tools (Procore, Monday, Buildertrend, Smartsheet, etc.)
- A calm, structured demeanor — even when the job is not
- Experience with windows, doors, glazing, metal panels, or exterior scopes is a plus, not a requirement
- Spanish fluency is a plus

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management, particularly within construction and/or the building envelope or door manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site operations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to construction sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
